Hy2Market
Hy2Market creates a European value chain for hydrogen in production, transport and use.
Goal
Hy2Market (Hydrogen to enter Markets reducing Carbon Emissions Footprint in Europe) aims to facilitate innovations and investments in the hydrogen value chain, enabling its widespread rollout in various participating regions across Europe. Active knowledge sharing accelerates hydrogen integration into the energy system.
Description
Hydrogen plays a key role in a sustainable energy system. By dividing the hydrogen value chain into production, transport, industrial consumption, and mobility consumption, we aim to share innovations, investments, and knowledge within the project to further improve the value chain. This will allow hydrogen to be integrated more quickly into our energy system.
Our role
We are one of the driving forces behind the consortium because of our role in the project HEAVENN.. This example inspires several other regions united in Hy2Market. In the project, we serve as project coordinator. In short, we oversee overall progress and act as the contact person for the EU and all partners. We also bring expertise in transport, mobility, communication, and dissemination.
Partners
The Hy2Market consortium consists of 40 partners from 10 European countries. In addition to New Energy Coalition, ERIG, ALSA,Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT), Business Upper Austria, CluBE, Compagnie Nationale du Rhone SA, EDP, H2CYL, HyEnergy Consultancy, HyEnergy TransStore, HyET Hydrogen, IAC Special Projects, Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche, Aragon, MEDGreen, MEDGreen, Táctica TIC, WIVA P&G, Hidritec, K1-MET, Prozess optimal, Signal Software, SNAM, DEMCON Energy Systems, IrRADIARE, SoluForce, MédioTejo21, Montan Universität Leoben, Power Evolution, Verbund, Summit Engineering, RAVEN, Voestalpine, Tresca, FAEN, Firan and Duferco Engineering SpA are participating in the project.
