Our policies
Sustainable entrepreneurship is given for New Energy Coalition - in our actions, our housing, and our staff. We are committed to a safe and inclusive work environment where all our employees have the same opportunities and can develop, regardless of their position, background, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, etc. To achieve this, we work according to a company-wide policy that we test daily against practical experience and supplement based on regulations or our own insights.
Gender equality policy
Our Gender Equality Policy outlines the measures we take to offer our employees equal opportunities and treatment, regardless of gender. These include our code of conduct, gender balance within the organization, work-life balance, remuneration, accessibility of our office, training and education, data collection and monitoring. This policy is only available in Dutch.
Whistleblower policy
Our whistleblowing policy outlines the measures we take to ensure our employees can report inappropriate behavior or misconduct within the organization in the safest possible way. This policy is only available in Dutch.
