Job description
As an intern, you'll work in the Marketing & Communications team. This department is responsible for corporate communications for New Energy Coalition, its projects, and the New Energy Academy brand. Your responsibilities will range from social media, website development, newsletters, design, event communication, and project communication to brainstorming and contributing to the strategic aspects of communication and marketing.
Practical information

- Subject: In consultation; we have a number of topics that can be explored, but we are open to suggestions.
- Period: 01/09/26 – 31/01/27 (other start and/or end dates are possible)
- Hours: 32-hour internship + 8 hours of schoolwork
Guidance and assignment
We believe it's important to tailor your internship to your needs and expertise as closely as we can. Your development is key during this period. The supervisor will help you balance learning and working and apply theory in practice. Your "buddy" will serve as your daily sparring partner.
Specific assignments are possible:
- (online) communication from New Energy Academy
- creating content for positioning our experts
- help organize and communicate about events (depending on the schedule)
- creating videos for online use
Job requirements
- applied/scientific university level (must)
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken (must);
- Background in communications or marketing (or related studies)
- Affinity with the energy transition and/or sustainability
- You are motivated, take initiative, show commitment and take responsibility for your own learning process
- Team player
