Energy poverty – consequences and policy in practice
Webinar on energy poverty in the Netherlands
Organizes on a regular basis New Energy Coalition A free, accessible webinar on a current topic. We can draw on the expertise of our network and our own experts, and we aim to connect theory (research) and practice. For anyone interested in the energy transition.
On September 15th, a current topic was on the agenda: Energy poverty.
Who would have thought that energy poverty would ever become a widespread issue in our country? In the foreseeable future, the average household in the Netherlands is expected to face a monthly energy bill of €400-500. With current gas and oil price trends, more and more people are being affected – and there's no end in sight.
