Often, the bottleneck lies not with the technical aspects, but with the availability of skilled labor. In this interactive workshop, organized by NESSIE, you will discover how skills development, collaboration, and alignment among stakeholders are crucial for realizing the energy transition.

Step into the shoes of a stakeholder, from government to education or business, and collaborate on a realistic challenge in the field of human resources policy. By making decisions and seeing their impact on the broader system, you will experience how interdependent the various actors are in building the skills ecosystem for the energy transition, and where bottlenecks arise.
