On 14 May, InCUBE invites construction professionals to Drinks & Draft – an immersive training and networking event in Zaragoza dedicated to applying Lean Construction Management to real-world renovation challenges.
Targeted training on Lean tools
The event kicks off with a 60-minute training session led by experts from Metro7 and Zaragoza Vivienda. You’ll dive into practical Lean tools—like value stream mapping and pull planning—that help streamline renovation workflows and minimize waste, enriched by real-world insights from InCUBE’s Spanish demo site in Balsas de Ebro Viejo.
Interactive workshop with a real case study
Following the training, you’ll take a hands-on approach in a bilingual (EN/ES) workshop. This interactive session brings Lean theory to life through real examples from Zaragoza. With guidance from experienced facilitators, you’ll explore how to apply and adapt these tools to your own renovation challenges.
