For organizations that want to address specific energy learning needs and improve the skills, knowledge and motivation of their employees, our New Energy Business School has been offering masterclasses, intensive courses and executive programs for over twenty years, including an accredited Executive MBA, catering to both experienced energy professionals and new talent. We offer not only individual courses, but also in-company training. We create these in-company trainings together with you as the employer, so they can offer solutions for all your organization's energy-related training needs. Traineeship
We're here for starters and young professionals who want to grow. We're here for organizations that want to work with enthusiastic top talent and believe in the power of personal development. Together, we're shaping the energy transition in Noord-Nederland.
Participants in the New Energy Traineeship hold at least a bachelors degree. During the traineeship, they'll work four and a half days per week on an energy transition-related assignment at your company or another participating organization. In addition, they'll work together one half-day a week on their personal growth and substantive knowledge of the energy transition during the trainee day.
New Energy Business School provides the Hard Skills program during the traineeship. This is supplemented by the Soft Skills program from Vonk, ensuring each trainee develops into a well-rounded and specialized energy professional.
Guest lectures
Throughout the year our New Energy Academy hosts lectures for students on a variety of topics related to the energy transition. We are always looking for interesting speakers who can speak (in English) about relevant energy topics and inspire students to pursue an energy career. New Energy Career event
Employers and emerging energy talents meet at the annual New Energy Career Event.
