AMP advances energy transition collaboration in Noord-NL
This collaboration connects job seekers, employers, and online systems, enabling job seekers to find a job in the energy transition more quickly and employers to gain better access to talent.
Faster to a job in energy transition Noord-Nederland
New Energy Coalition and the Labor Match Platform (AMP) join forces to improve the labor market in the energy transition Noord-Nederland To strengthen their partnership. After signing the letter of intent last July, they officially confirmed their collaboration today. This collaboration connects people, partners, and necessary systems, so that job seekers can find a job in the energy transition more quickly and employers have better access to talent.
While the declaration of intent of July 15th was still about the joint ambition, the collaboration is now being put into practice. GreenCareer.nl – the vacancy platform where New Energy Coalition is working on – will become the gateway for everyone who wants to work in the energy transition in Noord-NederlandThe Arbeidsmatchplatform connects to this with its advanced skills-based matching platform and guidance through job coaches.
This gives job seekers insight into the complete range of vacancies in the region and personalized guidance in finding work. Employers benefit from warm introductions and lasting relationships, increasing the likelihood that lateral entrants will successfully join and stay.
Joint ecosystem in 'greater Groningen'
The collaboration will initially focus primarily on the provinces of Groningen and Drenthe. New Energy Coalition AMP introduces its partners and organizes joint information sessions. Partners who participate gain access to AMP's services, including a free introductory period until the first successful placement.
All proceeds are used by AMP, a non-profit foundation, for social impact: from job coaches to partnership managers and skills-based matching technology. A portion of the proceeds will flow back to GreenCareer.nl so that it can continue sustainably after the current development grant expires.
