So you don't work in a traditional commercial organization. How is that different?

That is correct. This does not involve purchasing and sales, but rather projects that are often carried out in collaboration with other organizations. Therefore, you need to have a good understanding of how subsidies work and how to account for them.If financial reports are not in order, it can affect the progress or financing of a project. In that sense, you really do contribute to a project.

Was it a conscious choice to work in the energy sector?

I think it is important to contribute something to society. The energy transition is a current and urgent topic. It gives me a good feeling that I can indirectly do my bit, even though you see that is not always directly reflected in daily work activities."

How do you notice involvement in projects?

Together with my colleagues, I am involved in many grant projects. As a result, you get a glimpse into almost all of them. Sometimes, however, you look at the content from a greater distance. because it can be quite technically complex. But it is precisely when you join conversations and hear the story behind a project that the work becomes even more interesting.”
